A significant milestone was achieved for the KTM Group / Pierer Mobility with the construction of a new North American headquarters and campus in Murrieta, CA. The new campus brings eight brands under one roof including KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, GASGAS and MV Agusta, in addition to bicycle brands Husqvarna E-Bicycles, GASAS Bicycles and FELT Bicycles as well as high-end components under the WP brand. The development is situated on 20 acres of land adjacent to the French Valley Airport. Following a development phase over the past 15 months, the $53 million corporate campus is now operational with three state-of-the-art buildings that include over 130,000 square feet of space dedicated to the company’s technical development, administrative offices, media relations, dealer training, warehouse and world championship racing departments, with 12 additional acres set aside for future development. With global headquarters based in Austria, PIERER Mobility AG – parent company of the highly prominent two-wheeled brands – is Europe’s leading manufacturer of powered two-wheelers that has been an active player in the North American market since 1967.

KTM Group / Pierer Mobility’s global headquarters is in Austria. The goal with the new North American campus was to embrace the European contemporary aesthetic and create an impactful entrance and lobby that showcases the multiple brands.
Motorsports LOBBY
The Motorsports building is the home to all of the North American Supercross, Motocross and Offroad race teams. The goal was to showcase the countless race championships by the brands and fully establish this as a home of champions. A massive trophy case was designed and built to exhibit trophies, awards and helmets of champions. The larger than life display is complimented with the display of championship race bikes.
RACE TEAM SHOPS
The Motorsports building is the home of all of the North American race teams for KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles and GASGAS. Each shop has a color accent wall to help visually brand and add a pop of color. The mechanic bays feature an aluminum framed image to designate which station is occupied by each rider/mechanic. The entrance doors to the shop feature subtle frosted team logos to remain consistent with the clean and minimal aesthetic of the European inspired buildings.

A grand opening ceremony was had to celebrate the opening of the new North America campus. Industry media, local political dignitaries, friends, family and of course the KTM Group board of directors were on hand to cut the ribbon and officially open the new facility.
